I'll be coordinating all the aspects of an event for you, behind-the-scenes, without actually being there to set up the event in person. Ideal for the DIY-er who can't hire a full-fledged day-of event stylist, but who also doesn't have the time to spend months planning the details, I'll provide you with all the tools and resources you need to execute your event from start to finish.

I typically like to start planning events about 3-6 months in advance, but I've planned some parties in the pinch of just one month! It may seem like a lot of time, but if you're going to hire vendors, we’ll want to make sure the right person for the job isn’t already booked on your day. For events that are longer than a day, such as weekend bachelor/bachelorette trips, anywhere between 6 months to a year is average and should be plenty of time! Generally speaking though, the earlier the better.

You can be included as much or as little as you want to be! We’ll start with a discovery call to understand your vision for the event, then I’ll get started on curating a custom mood-board and decor mockups. Revisions can be made up to 3 times based on your feedback to ensure we’re customizing to your standards. We’ll work closely with you from the initial consultation through to the event day, incorporating your ideas and preferences into every detail for a highly personalized and memorable day!

We can handle all aspects of vendor coordination, including researching highly-rated vendors in your area, organizing and negotiating contracts, bookings, and managing timelines to ensure hired vendors deliver on time and meet expectations.

Absolutely! I've found that events are more effortless and easiest to match to your vision when the host has a healthy budget of at least $1,500 - $2,000 to spend on the event as a whole, but I’m able to work within whatever range feels most comfortable for you.
